Mitsotakis' anti-communist rant against the KKE

By Nikos Mottas

Today, Greek PM Kyriakos Mitsotakis couldn't hide his disturbance for the fact that the Communist Party (KKE) leads the struggle against the monstrous bill which establishes private universities. For that reason he resorted to hideous anti-communism, unleashing slanders against the KKE.

The pretext behind Mitsotakis' rant was yesterday's speech of KKE's General Secretary Dimitris Koutsoumbas who exposed and denounced phenomena of extreme exploitation of female and male students in Nordic countries due to the commercialization of High Education. More specifically, Secretary Koutsoumbas criticized the so-called “Scandinavian model”, saying:

Democracy in Latvia? Court orders the termination of the activity of the Latvian Workers' Front

Since the dissolution of the  Soviet Union, the newly “independent” Baltic countries, namely Latvia, Estonia and Lithuania, have adopted anti-communism as an official state ideology.

Communist Parties have been banned, communists are persecuted for their activity, while Nazi collaborators (e.g. Estonian Waffen-SS) and fascist groups are being rehabilitated with honours. The governments of the Baltic states, under the auspices of the European Union, have championed in the distortion of history, especially the one of the Second World War

"European Historical Consciousness", or EU's deplorable attempt to equate Communism with Nazism

By Nikos Mottas

The European Parliament has never ceased being an endless source of anti-communist propaganda. Having adopted anti-communism as its official ideology, the EU and its institutions relentlessly continue the attempt to re-write history by promoting the deeply unscientific and unhistorical theory of "the two extremes".

More specifically, according to a recent statement by the Europarliament Group of the Communist Party of Greece (KKE), the EU Parliament published a report on “European historical consciousness”, in which it “acknowledges the crimes committed by Nazi, fascist and communist totalitarian regimes as well as under colonialism...”!

Kazakhstan follows the Baltic States and Ukraine in the rehabilitation of Nazi collaborators!

The Socialist Movement of Kazakhstan condemns the final decision of the State Commission for the Final Rehabilitation of Victims of Political Repression to acquit 311 thousand people, many of whom are criminal criminals or persons with weapons who fought as terrorists, Basmachi, members of the Turkestan Legion and Eastern Muslim SS units against the Red Army and the Soviet government.

All are now being presented as "victims of the Stalinist regime of the 20-50s of the XX century," although among them there were a lot of people convicted of banditry, sabotage, plundering public property, for attacks on trains and motor vehicles with the aim of robbery, which in the 20s and early 30s was equated to political crimes.

32 years since the dissolution of the Soviet Union: The Red Flag will rise again

By Nikos Mottas.

It was thirty-two years ago, on December 26, 1991, when the red flag with the sickle and hammer was lowered from the Kremlin.

It was then, during the cold days of December, when the first socialist state of the world, the homeland of the world's proletariat, bent under the weight of the counterrevolution. Four days before, on December 22nd, the leaderships of three of the largest Soviet republics had decided the dissolution of the USSR, while the Communist Party of the Soviet Union (CPSU) had been outlawed on summer of the same year.

The anti-communist character of the so-called "World Anti-imperialist Platform"

By Guillermo Uc*

“The entire history of bourgeois democracy lays bare this illusion: to deceive the people, the bourgeois democrats have launched and always launch all the “slogans” they want. The problem is to verify their sincerity, to compare words with facts , not to be content with idealistic or vain phrases, but to see class reality . Imperialist war does not cease to be imperialist when charlatans or petty bourgeois philistines launch a sweet "slogan", but only when the class that directs the imperialist war and is linked to it with millions of threads (even ropes) of an economic nature, It is actually overthrown and replaced in power by the truly revolutionary class, the proletariat. Otherwise, it is impossible to get rid of an imperialist war, as well as an imperialist, predatory peace . ”

Reactionary Ukrainian authorities remove sickle and hammer from giant WWII statue in Kiev

In another attempt to re-write history and guided by blind anti-communism, the Ukrainian authorities proceeded to the removal of the hammer and sickle from a gigantic sculptural figure that watches over Kiev, as part of a campaign to remove Soviet-era symbols.

The 62-metre-high steel figure of a woman holding a shield with the hammer and sickle and a sword, was opened in 1981 as a memorial to Soviet victory in World War II.

“Medieval Inquisition” returns to Europe with anti-communism as a spearhead

Do you remember the so-called “Velvet Revolution” back in 1989 in Czechoslovakia? Do you remember the promises of the then leaders of the counterrevolution, like Vaclav Havel, about the supposed coming of “freedom” and “democracy”?

Well, more than 33 years later, it has been proved that the “Velvet Revolution” had nothing to do with revolution but, on the contrary, it was a major setback for the working people of Czechoslovakia.

NCPN: On the recognition of the myth of "Holodomor" as "genocide" by the Dutch House of Representatives

From the Editors of Manifest, newspaper of the New Communist Party of the Netherlands (NCPN):

On Thursday 6 July, the Lower House adopted a motion by the coalition parties VVD, D66, CDA and Christian Union regarding the famine in the Soviet Union in the early 1930s. Against all historical facts, the famine is labelled a ‘genocide’ of the Ukrainian people. The motion claims that the famine was deliberately “planned and carried out by the then Soviet regime to oppress the Ukrainian people and identity.” The purpose of this unprecedented falsification of history is nothing but to further demonise communism.

In a question addressed to the European Commission, the MEPs of the Communist Party of Greece (KKE), Kostas Papadakis and Lefteris Nikolaou-Alavanos, denounce the unacceptable and provocative prosecution of Dr Josef Skála, leading cadre of CP of Bohemia and Moravia, in Czech Republic and calls the EU body to position itself towards the issue.

As 902 portal reports, among others, the KKE MEPs question stresses out:

Czech historian Josef Skála persecuted for challenging the official narrative on the Katyn massacre!

Do you dare to challenge the official anti-communist narrative in historical issues? You will be persecuted! This seems to be the case of
Dr
Josef Skála, a Marxist historian and politician from Czech Republic, who is persecuted because of his research on the Katyn Massacre (a Nazi crime that has been attributed to the Soviets)!

This is a new episode in the escalation of anti-communist hysteria throughout the EU, especially in the countries of Eastern Europe, where socialist-era monuments are being demolished and the activity of communists is criminalized.

Rabid anti-communist Putin likens Wagner rebellion to the 1917 October Revolution

In his today's statement over the ongoing developments in Russia, President Vladimir Putin went so far as to liken the stance of Wagner private army and its leader Prigozhin with the 1917 Great October Socialist Revolution!

Once again,  President Putin has chosen to make absolutely clear that anti-communism is a key element of the Russian government's policy.

Who forgets Putin's hideously slanderous attacks against Vladimir Lenin and his even more vicious comments against the legacy of Joseph Stalin?
